Influence and Vital Behaviors: The Essence of Organizational Change

In order to lead my EPortfolio initiative, I'll need to start with the hearts and then the minds of my stakeholders. I'll need to share my "why", "how", and "what".

I've considered and identified my Wildly Important Goal (WIG), lead and lag measures, the importance of a scoreboard and creating a cadence of accountability.

I've identified a specific goal, vital behaviors, measures, and six sources of influence to help me lead my EPortfolio initiative with success.

I've accrued a toolkit that will help me have Crucial Conversations with my colleagues. These conversations will be necessary when people are reluctant to participate and have issues with my EPortfolio initiative. Having the skills for these tough conversations is important in propelling my EPortfolio initiative forward.
